Grandmother Sarah

Sarah a grandmother who had moved to Winnipeg with her extended family returned to Toronto after a few months because it was an untenable situation for her.  Her teenage granddaughter returned with her.  

Sarah was not eligible for "start-up funds" as she had received these to relocate to Alberta and these funds are available only once every two years.

She was one of the first to move with the Moving Program when our supply of furnishings was low so we returned two more times with additional furnishings.  

More than once Sarah was near tears with delight.  Her fees were waived because of her finances and how long it took for her monthly payments to begin.
