Wed, May 22, 2013A huge thanks to Sabre Holdings/Travelocity.ca for hosting a food drive to benefit Red Door Shelter. On May 14, 2013 volunteers from Sabre Holdings/Travelocity.ca delivered much needed non-perishable food items to the Red Door Shelter Food Bank. The group stayed on to assist our Housing & Outreach team sort and organize the donations and help distribute to our ex-residents. They also willingly helped out in other areas including the donation room and the kitchen.

Premiers wager for good on the Grey Cup
Thu, Nov 22, 2012Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty has made a wager with Alberta Premier Alison Redford for the 100th Grey Cup game this Sunday. If the Argos win, we'll be receiving a donation of 100 pieces warm clothing items for the families at our shelter! We'll be watching the game on Sunday!
A GREAT Event for Malvern Collegiate and Red Door Shelter…
Tue, Jul 3, 2012On Thurs April 26 and Fri April 27, 2012 a group of students led by Sophie Wolpert and Bronte Martin hosted Malvern's Night Out 2012, a charity fashion show in support of Red Door Shelter. Malvern's Night Out is an annual fundraiser and each year the Fashion Show Committee chooses a cause that they would like to support. Red Door Shelter is delighted to be chosen as the charity of choice for Malvern's Night Out 2012. The students put on a spectacular show and raised approximately $3600 with all of the proceeds going directly to Red Door Shelter.
