Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI)
The Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) is all about connecting high school students to social issues by encouraging them to engage with local charities and philanthropy. If you’re a student who’d like to focus on Red Door Family Shelter for your YPI presentation pitch, we’d love to share with you our mission to end family homelessness.
Good to know
Our information sessions run 10-15 minutes, and we can schedule them by phone or video chat between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays.
Please email your questions in advance of your session so we can make sure we have all the information you need.
To maintain the privacy of our residents, we do not allow visits to the shelter, or any video, pictures or audio recording.
